テージョ河に、立派な帆船やヨットが何艘も続けて帆走しているのを見た人もいるかもしれません。
ポルトガルの輝く太陽の下で、高くそびえるマストのまぶしいこと！
私は、小さい頃に見たのを今でも鮮明に覚えています。
ポルトガルと言えば、サグレス。
いくつもの帆に赤い十字が入った巨大な船です。
サグレスは、このレースでリスボンが近くなると、サービスで帆を全開にして港に入ってきてくれます。
サグレスの十字は、そう見る事が出来ないので、貴重なひと時ですね。
今年もやってくれたのかしら？
さて、最初のヨットや船は既に１３日にフィニッシュラインに到着しています。入港最終日は、この木曜日です。一体、どのような結果になったのでしょう。
このイベントの一貫である、夜の音楽コンサートで、モモのバンド（Primitive Reason）が演奏します。
２０日（金曜日）です。入場無料。
この日は、Terracota も演奏します。他に、船員達のパレードや、表彰式等もあり、一応イベントクライマックスの日でもあります。

The Tall Ships Races 2012 is back in Lisbon. The port in Lisbon will host the 1st race starting from Saint Malo, France.
Some of you might have already seen the tall ships and yachts sailing along the Tagus river. The bright white mast shining under the glazing sun of Portugal is almost unforgettable.
Sagres, the famous Portuguese ship is in this race too and usually they sail into the port of Lisbon with the masts open as to please the locals. Not many times can you witness the red cross on the Sagres so this is an opportunity you mustn't miss.
The first tall ships have reached the finish line last Friday (13th), and the deadline for arrival will be this Thursday (19th).
A festival will take place from the 19th - 22nd in Santa Apolonia.
William's band "Primitive Reason" will be playing at this event on the 20th, Friday. Entrance Free.
There will be "Terracota" playing before them and other than that, there is the ship crew parade and Prize Giving Ceremony taking place on the same day. It should be worth while. (...Of course, if you are interested.)
